Dead alloances and banned accounts

Why are these not removed and deleted.

Because there is no delete button for the Players to press.
You can sell most things, but can not delete.
Reason: "We reached 2 Million Alliances" (no word of active or not) and the count of Downloads says not how many "registered" Players there are

Banned Accounts will stay visible, but not active. The Leader is the one responsible for Alliances.

If kabam was to look, for example dineck the duel target. His alliance is dead all loged in 300+ days ago. Or permanently banned accounts. If they are issuing a permanent ban, then why not just delete it in the first place.

It could be that they haven't logged on in that long. Realistically they would still be allowed to come back. In any case, if they're not active, it's not hurting anyone.
