Is any good 3* duped champs better to level up than 4*??????

Like silver drax, Scarlett witch, black widow??? I also have doc Oct silver 3* awakened 4 times so his special is 30

They r only useful in arena now, so its totally up to u if u gonna do the 3* or 4* basic arenas

If you're asking this question, you're probably at the early stages of the game; in which case, yes. They're very useful in the story and event quests, because if you have high signature 3-star champions, they can do some things better than some 4-stars; particularly if you're still working on getting your 4-star champs to rank 4.

If you have high-ranked 3* versions of Scarlet Witch, Hyperion, Storm (get her this week!), Thor or Dr Voodoo for example, their abilities will make them useful for some time to come.

Once your four star champs start getting awakened or hitting rank four, they'll take over; but the three star champs will still have value in the arena; so you won't have wasted resources in ranking them up.
