Spider Gwen and Howard the Duck buff

These two champs are the most hated in the game!! And for a reason! They are so weak! They both don't have anything good about them could really use a buff! Plz do something about this!

Umm speak for yourself. I'm not a fan of either but spider gwen has pretty decent damage output, what she lacks is any useful abilities. Howard the Duck is pretty good actually, not god tier by any means but his sp1 reduces opponent stats and his sp2 can hit pretty hard. He also has the random fury stacks, and a decent self-repair.
