Hello!
The pure randomness in the crystal opening is really frustrating and kill the game. It prevents the players from forming their teams based on their preference and opinion. I do not understand the point of making it as random as this, may be there is a gambling point for Kabam as a business model.
At any rate, I suggest adding a bit of flexibility to the randomness to allow players direct the opening toward their views. For instance, a crystal may give a poll of say five champions randomly and the player chose which one to obtain from those five. In this case, the crystal opening still has the randomness pattern for any reason for kabam and also players can have many discusstion and choices to play with.
