Server reload

Many times my fight goes fast and smooth but then suddenly it goes too slow and game stopped automatically. And when i restart my game, my player's half health was gone and no harm on opponent. What is this man ??? I have lost my players in alliance war and alliance quest. Can you guys plzz fix it quickly.
