Alliance War Handicaps

I’m in a 5million alliance at tier 11. We are going against at 12 million alliance with a +100 war rating in comparison to ours. This hardly seems fair. Why the bias? How can newer alliances develop when other alliances are allowed to dominate? This sucks Kabam. Fix the matchmaking.
