4 star awakening gem offer dissapeared

I saw the four star awakening gem offer and followed it to the unit store. I decided I also wanted to buy units for the other offer and I did that first. when the page refreshed the 4 star offer was gone. is this a bug? this is my first time buying anything after 3 years of playing. if this is intentional it's b.s. and I'm going back to ftp.
