Power Shield Node - SP3 not getting attack bonus

I've had this happen to me twice in the last 2 Alliance Wars. Node 35 has Power Shield where special attacks are supposed to gain 400% damage. When using the SP3 attack, the 400% bonus is not being added. I have seen no issues with the SP1 or SP2 attacks. I was using Stark Spiderman on this node both times. Please fix.

    I think it's because the debuff. (yes it's a debuff because it's red) I Don't think buffs and debuffs can apply to you during a special 3 think that's why ;)

    I'm not sure what the guy above me means, but I'm asking again for someone to look into this. It happened to me in yet another AW with stark spidey vs stark spidey. I had 10 poise charges and did 15% damage with a SP3. His SP1 did roughly 80% damage by comparison.

    The description reads "The Attacker's basic attacks deal no damage, but still generate power, and their Special Attacks deal 400% more damage." The SP3 attack is not gaining the 400% damage multiplier.

    Dude I've seen it if that node is active when you active a special it puts on that debuff making it deal 400% more damage but during SP3's I think it makes debuffs have no affect (Weakness still applies) So That's why it doesn't do it.

    If it is direct damage (red numbers) those won't be changed from normal, same as using vision on that node, his damage on L1 won't increase as it's direct damage.

    That's fine if that's what the node is intended to do. Clearly it's not, as it says "Special Attacks deal 400% more damage"...not "SP1 and SP2 attacks deal 400% more damage." So I don't really care the reason it's not working correctly, I'd just like the team to take a look at it and fix it. This appears to be a bug, but crickets from Kabam so far.

    Stark spiderman's sp3 says nothing about dealing direct damage.

    Yes!! Something is definitely wrong with that "Power Shield" node. I was using Hyperion against Stark Spider-man, I did an Sp3 with fury and cosmic charges active and barely did any damage at all, I was shocked. Then I tried Sp2 and Sp1 with both doing little damage (definitely wasn't 400% more damage). When lastly I did another Sp2 that somehow magically got the 400% more damage and he was dead.

    So please look into this node because as of my experience recently it doesn't seem to be functioning correctly.

    It’s the high armor on the node. The reason SP1 and SP2 so much damage is that they can crit and bypass the armor. SP3 cannot crit so is massively reduced in damage by the armor.

    ....that is Not a normal Armor node bro... Critical hits don't matter.... In that node whatever u hit as special attacks... It will increased by 400%....
    If u had played act 5... Then u know what i am saying...
    A non critical hit by rank 5 hype by his special 2 on that node ...can hit 25k... because of damage boost.....
    I can say that.... This is bug in aw...
    I never go power shield path in aw ..so I don't know it is bugged or not ... But I exactly know how it works...
    And if it is working like what op said...that it is definitely a bug...

    Crit hits don't get a damage boost from power shield for some reason

    There is armor on the node depending on what tier war you are in

    I take path 6 every war. The tier i am in has 66% armor so it seems like specials don’t do much. If you are lucky enough to get a crit then you can kill the opponent in 1 hit on that node

    Or Kabam could fix the node so SP3s work properly. Not sure why they are refusing to comment on this. At least a "we'll look into this" would be nice.
