Semi casual AQ/AW focused alliance replacing slackers

Hello,
[TSP] is looking for 5 new members looking for a casual but consistent alliance. We clear map 3 and 4 running 5 times per round with 2 AW per week. 2.3 million rated and tier 10-12 AW and we get 5* summoner advancement shards every week.
No requirements on events though we encourage participation on item use for 4* shards. If you can spend your energy 2 or 3 times per AQ you could be a good fit. If work/family or other life events prevent you from playing please just communicate and all is well. We were clearing 3 BGs every map but are looking to replace those who afk at the start or don't participate or communicate. Very laid back and friendly group looking for those who can't be in a hardcore alliance but still want to aspire toward end game rewards!
