X men crystal bundle issues

So today i loaded 800php in my simcard (16 dollars worth) i purchase na xmen bundle worth 500php + 50php for tax. It began to lag. I when to my sim account and they already deducted 650php from my account! Remaining balance 260php. I didnt recieve any confirmation of the sucessful purchase and i didnt recieve the crystals. Need help!

I'm sorry you are having issues with a purchase. We can't help with account issues on the forums, but if you reach out to our support team via email they can help investigate the issue. You can do so by going to the gear icon in game and clicking "Support" under account.
