Unfair advantage to certain alliance

Every single time this certain alliance comes on forums and cries, Kabam changes their way. Why punish the top 20 who actually searched their war early and found a match vs this certain alliance searching after all the rest did to try to find an easy war? It’s beyond ridiculous on the favoritism shown constantly. How much do other alliances need to spend to get that treatment?

That post is an early April fools right? They can’t be seriously planning on that kind of favouritism?

There have been countless issues that have only affected a handful of players, I’ve reported my fair share, and did they do anything about them? No. So seriously they are planning on messing with the whole AW seasons set up just for one alliance?

Same thing happens to a lot other alliances, but once this certain ally complains and threatens to strike on them, they give in and have to give them what they want.

A few things here:

1. This alliance tried to enter matchmaking the moment it started. They did everything right. We wouldn't be doing this if they had waited several hours.

2. This isn't favouritism, we are taking care of an issue that we unintentionally caused at the highest level of competition in the game. It's important for us to be responsible here, and the solution does not disadvantage anyone else in the game.

3. We've seen many high end alliances provide feedback that we don't act on. It's inaccurate to suggest otherwise.

This was the right thing for us to do, and we wanted to be transparent about it even if it only impacts one alliance.
