Confused about doc Ock abilities.

I wanna ask if doc Ock can steal passing Regen or not I was fighting old Man Logan and doc Ock didn't do any life steal with healblock on.
And yes he's duped

    well, that's a predicament. Yes, when duped, he should be able to life steal. Have absolutely no idea he wasn't.

    Guessing because Logan doesn't gain a regen. He starts with it. It's barely a regen buff but I get your point. You would think he should steal it.

    Old Man Logan's regen is passive, not a buff. Doc Oc's ability will not work on him.

    What about magik I have heard he can take her Regen though it's passive btw thx for help appreciate it 👍
