Ultron ISO costs

I just got a 4* Ultron and when I went to rank him up I noticed that it costs more to rank him up than other champions. Usually it only takes 2 class ISO of 5K to get a new 4* from 1 to 10. With Ultron 2 of the ISO I mentioned only gets him to 8 of 10. I opened a ticket with Kabam and I was told that Ultron costs more to level than other characters. Can anyone confirm this as I had never heard of this prior to today.

    Yep, sounds normal. Ultron was expensive for me t rank up too...but he is totally worth it!

    That's correct. He does cost more to rank up. UC is also another champ that cost more to rank up.
