Help on Act 4?

These are all my 4 and 5 stars at the moment, so what should be my ideal team at this time?

Atleast 2 4/40 champs and if you are skilled at baiting the specials..you can do it with any champ

Take hyperion to rank 4..he cleared almost entire act4 for me

Here's a long answer. Hope that's what you're looking for! I find building a team works better for me than relying on a single God-tier champ, although (let's get the obvious answer out of the way!) Hyperion could do a lot for you all by himself. Presumably resources are an issue, or you wouldn't be asking; so clearly there is a need to be selective - maybe one main champ of each class?

Red Hulk is one of your strongest champs already; is poison immune and does a lot of damage. Definitely him.

There are a lot of quests where you get hit with random effects; and other pathways where you take 100% poison or health damage. Champions with some form of immunity will therefore be valuable.

Agent Venoms 'shrug off' ability is therefore extent useful in Act 4, he does good bleed damage and shuts down a lot of evasion, and he has a good synergy with Red Hulk (+5% perfect Block and -10% special damage). I'd think about ranking him up. He's definitely better than your other Skill option, BPCW.

You've plenty of poison immune champs to choose from; but your only bleed immune champs are Colossus and Luke Cage - you might want to rank one of them up, too. Probably LC as he's got more utility now, but consider your resources - do you need to pump all your science resources into Red Hulk?

I'd say Civil Warrior is your best five star choice; as he's got good defense and pretty reasonable power control ability. Your only other power control champ is Dr Voodoo, but he's much less reliable if not Awakened.

For Cosmic it's a bit less clear. Hyperion is great at dealing damage, and is poison immune. Captain Marvel does pretty good damage and is also possible immune. Venompool is a five star champ, so good long-term; he's also got more utility (buff removal, heal block and regeneration), but he isn't not poison immune - however, he also had a good synergy with Agent Venom (+12% health for everyone).

Then you need to commit to a mystic champ; either Dr Voodoo, or possibly Scarlet Witch if she's a 4-star champ. They seem to be your only options, but both are reasonable. Switch is far less versatile if she's not Awakened; so I'd lean towards DV.

An alternative mutant to Colossus would be X-23: great bleed damage, reasonable regeneration that can make up for bleed damage suffered. She also synergies well (more perfect block) with AV and Red Hulk. In fact, if your team is:
Red Hulk + Agent Venom + X-23 + Venompool + 1 other champ (CW/LC/Hyp/DV) depending on the challenge faced.

Then your synergy bonuses are:
+12% health
-10% special damage suffered
+20% perfect block

Others might give different advice; but there's mine. Note that none of these is necessarily an awesome champ by themselves; but most have some sort of utility; and they build a good synergy team with an open slot for whichever other champion a particular quest requires.

I would go for Hyperion, X23, Hulk, Phoenix, and Red Hulk.

Oh by the way - if you want to make use of Agent Venom, then you might want to think about grinding the 4* basic arena for him the next three days, to awaken him. It's not absolutely necessary; but he does gain a bit more damage, which is good as he's not a raw damage champ.

You can probably pick him up for around 2 million; which should be do-able; possibly with use of a few 3* boosts.
