Consider giving "fair" weekly rewards to top three alliance contributors to events outside AQ & AW.

Having something like this will push alliance members to really do their best in all alliance activities for moderate to highly active alliances.
These rewards will be given to all alliance events on a weekly basis: duels, arena, completion, SA, item use both for 1 day and 3 day.
Top 1 weekly alliance contributor would get 500 4* shards, 750 3* shards and 1000 PHC shards OR 1 L3 Alliance Team Revive, 2 L4 Alliance Team Healing.
Top 2 weekly alliance contributor would get 300 4* shards, 500 3* shards and 750 PHC shards OR 1 L2 Alliance Team Revive and 2 L3 Alliance Team Healing.
Top 3 weekly alliance contributor would get 200 4* shards, 300 3* shards and 500 PHC shards OR 1 L1 Alliance Team Revive and 2 L2 Alliance Team Healing.
