Dr. Voodoo´s sp2 odd powerburn. Bug?

Dr.Voodoo schould be able to burn oponents power in odd combo, but oponents power is the same after sp2. Not always but it hapend a few times. sorry it schould be in bugs

It depends on how many loa buffs you convert.
Even combo sp2 - have to convert loa buffs, constantly decreases power
