Android issue with parry and evade??

Been having issues since the last update with gameplay but I kept chauking it up to timing being changed or something. But I've been playing for 3 yrs and I know my timing isn't that bad. But I sometimes swipe 3 times before my champ will evade back and parry seldomly works. You don't block way ahead of time there's a good chance you get wrecked. Talked to my ally and majority said yes they have experienced it too but just started intercepting more instead of even trying to parry. Which I can intercept but not if I can't evade right either. Most I've talked to on IOS say they're fine. Mostly android users having the problems. Galaxy s8 here

Also add that arena fights seem to be fine. It's mainly in AQ/AW.

There's a lag in the controls. Been heavy for me tonight. I lost my Streak twice, two different Arenas. Wasn't even in the Infinite yet. That hardly ever happens to me. Sometimes the Block won't register, sometimes it's delayed.

For some reason, I feel it's the server. Just about everything has been delayed. Help Requests take 12-15 seconds to send, Screens are loading slower, anything that has to do with sending and receiving.
