Game issue

My top 5 champions are 4*Hyperion, 5*Ronan, 5* Juggernaut, 4*Gwenpool, 4*Karnak. I have a 4* 2/20 Mordo. I didn't understand, when I play with my 4* mordo, he can't block. First I thought that my hands are not in the touch. Then I tried with my 3*mordo and he can block. Is this a game issue because if this was my phone's issue then all other champs would play like this. But only my 4*mordo and my 4*electro do this. Please fix this issue
