In 12.0 update, HP regen amount was changed to base hp of champ and not the modified HP in AW.
Does this change also made to story quest?
As per announcment of Act 5.2, where opponent will regen 5% of their HP based on node.
Will they regen 5% of base HP or 5% of boosted HP?
