Hawkeye debuffs on Masochism

When using Hawkeyes sp1 attack on an enemy with Masochism, bleed is immediately removed(on opponents that bleed) & the opponent doesn't lose % of max power.

It removes a debuff and regen champ................that's functioning the way it should. Now if the power drain is not working that is an issue as it's an instant effect NOT a damage over time debuff. I suggest submitting a trouble ticket and maybe they will look into it in about 2 years.
