Network connection failing on iOS iPad Air 2... March 20, 2018

Please fix this ASAP! I read that something similar happened to many players last month... And now it’s back! I am currently just a few event quest fights away from unlocking 3-star Iceman and I can no longer log on to the game! I have spent a lot of money over the last few years on this game and I don’t think it’s unreasonable to feel a certain amount of rage/disappointment when I am shut out of the game on which I’ve invested such time and money... I mean, c’mon really!?! I really hope that you can make it right ASAP, Kabam... because you make waaaay too much money off of us not to! I’d hate to have to delete this game from my IPad... but what’s the point in wasting space on a broken game?? Please help!

    I'm having the same problem. This has been happening for a while now on my iPad. Trying uninstall/reinstall again but realpy sick of having to do this all the time.

    -Device Make and Model
    -Operating System and Version
    -Game Version Installed
    -WiFi or Cellular Data (if Data only, include Carrier)
    -Using a VPN (if so, are you able to connect without the VPN)
    -Screenshot or specific wording of the error message received
    -Any troubleshooting steps taken in an attempt to resolve the issue and the results

    Also, we have some troubleshooting articles for iOS and Android that can be helpful to device performance when they are followed step-by-step.
