Quake disappearing glitch

I've experienced this glitch twice already. The first time it happened in arena, when my quake and the opponent i was fighting with suddenly disappeared from the screen. During this time I couldn't see my character, but I could still hear that it was getting hit by the enemy. when they reappeared afterwards the camera wasn't following quake's movement anymore, she literally went off-camera. This happened again yesterday In aq map 4 and due to this bug I lost my quake in a fight.

    Same thing happened to me when i was fighting with my IP. I used his sp3. When the animation ended my opponent was off the screen. Then when I swiped back I left the screen also. When I swiped forward i came back. It was in the r4 arena.

    Had another glitch with quake where when i was backed up against the corner no matter what i hit the ai with we were both stuck in the corner..only happend once but very odd
