I have i query regarding mastery

There are certain mastery not yet unlock even unlocking requirement is full filled ( e.g. Recovery in defence still locked even summoroner level 11 and slave rank 1 is completed)

Why this is happening??

You need to unlock it with mastery cores, either stoney or carb. It will tell you want it needs if you click on it
