Willpower doesnt always work when wolverine is regenerating! My wolverine has been regenerating at 40 got hit with bleed and stayed at 40?
It doesnt work on shock
Across all characters but quite rare it just doesnt work
** it also doesnt add any more regen when you get past two.different debuffs had 3 and was still regenerating off the rate off two debuffs
Spent 1600 which is lile 100 quid on the cores and it doesnt even work
