Do you know if agent venom can tencity iceman coldsnap? Also can agent venom tencity any of the sucide mastery

    Yes to both. That's why he's a reasonable answer to Iceman. However Iceman still has class advantage, and is immune to bleed and incinerate, so not a short fight...

    Frostbite charges are passive, so I don't think he throws them off.

    If you've got her, Rogue reduces the duration of coldsnap by 70% and doesn't suffer from class disadvantage, so probably a better option all-round. She does the same for Double Edge, but her ability has no effect on Liquid Courage because it's permanent.
