    When i joined the rift my network was too poor
    And then the game starts download data
    And it takes 3 hours to download....
    After this i opened the game...and sew that
    All shards gone ...and I've get nothing

    By right, youre not supposed to play if the 500Mb data is not yet downloaded. When i updated the game, there was an error saying not all data was downloaded successfully or something to that effect So i didnt proceed to play. I deleted the game and re installed.

    Basically, you only have one hour to do the rift. If the exploration was interrupted by the 500mb download, you may have lost your turn in the rift.

    Thats when you send a ticket to support whether they can help you with your problem.
