Ya, it's no mentioned in the patch notes at all, but as the title says, it's changed.
Before, u could block the first part of it and run through the last few little pulses of his bullets to attack. Now, it you try this, you'll be smacked in the face.
The only way to evade it is to be across the screen.
This was not in the patch notes and it's not fair. We had a guy lose attack bonus because of this today.
