Armor Shatter bug vs. Sentinels?

I was just fighting a Sentinel in the EQ (the Tech one) and I put Armor Shatter on them, of course stopping all Power Gain. Armor Shatter states that it stops all ability accuracy from robots - does this include the Adaptive Charges? Or is that not affected because it is passive?
