ULTRON SIGMA(even if there is a 1% chance he can make it)

LOOK AT HIM! He already looks 100% more cooler than that Classic Ultron. The cape alone.
You might think,"Why 1%?" Well, Ultron Sigma is from MVC:Infinite. A capcom game... BUT HERE ME OUT!
Ultron is a Marvel character. Sigma is a Capcom character. If an app on the App Store that involves anime waifus and gameplay with just AI can have Ryu in it... I don't see why a character that is a fusion of Ultron and Sigma can't be in the game(1% chance goes to the fact that Disney owns Ultron now).
Ask yourself this, if Ultron Sigma got added, would you go for him? I know I would straight up become a whale if Ultron Sigma got released. Plus, Kabam did use animations in a very early trailer of MCOC that were animations from Capcom characters. Symbiote Spider-Man had an animation that was very similar to Chun-li's super from Street Fighter.

Keep the same abilities from Ultron first off.
But change some stuff.
First, his evade chance is tripled, and he teleports instead(basically NC's most infamous ability).
Special 1: He shoots two laser beams out of both of his hands(one per each) causing incinerate with a damage of 1467.6 per second. 75% to armor break.
Special 2: He dashes at the opponent and swings a laser sword causing incinerate with a damage of 1745.8 per second for 5 seconds. 100% to armor break. 75% chance to cause bleed draining 1478.9 damage per second for 5 seconds. 60% chance to stun for 3 seconds.
Special 3: Ultron Sigma opens a portal launching a **** load of lasers at you causing incinerate with a damage of 1997.9 per second for 5 seconds. 100% chance to stun for 3 seconds.
Passive: Ultron Sigma is the far superior version to regular Ultron. He has a 40% chance to armor break and cause bleed draining 998.9 damage per second for 5 seconds during combos. Has 3 times the chance to evade. Ultron Sigma is immune to bleed, coldsnap, and poison. However, he takes twice the damage to electricity.
Awakened ability: Near destruction, Ultron Sigma still lives on. Ultron Sigma gains 3567.9 health per second for 3 seconds. Every 10 hits, Ultron Sigma gains a Fury buff. Can stack until 10.
Stats are based on a R5 4* at maxed signature level.
As for a R4 5*:
Special 1: He shoots two laser beams out of both of his hands(one per each) causing incinerate with a damage of 2456.9 per second for 5 seconds. 90% to armor break.
Special 2: He dashes at the opponent and swings a laser sword causing incinerate with a damage of 2567.9 per second for 5 seconds. 100% to armor break. 90% chance to cause bleed draining 2298.9 damage per second for 5 seconds. 80% chance to stun for 3 seconds.
Special 3: Ultron Sigma opens a portal launching a **** load of lasers at you causing incinerate with a damage of 2798.3 per second for 5 seconds. 100% chance to stun for 3 seconds.
Passive: Ultron Sigma is the far superior version to regular Ultron. He has a 60% chance to armor break and cause bleed draining 1289.4 damage per second during combos. Has 3 times the chance to evade. Ultron Sigma is immune to bleed, coldsnap, and poison. However, he takes twice the damage to electricity.
