Suggestion for daily crystal (uncollected and regular one)

Dear Kabam,

Since the introduction of the uncollected daily crystal these have really gone up in value for the players and I always try to get one each day.

However, while I log into the game multiple times a day (like most other endgame players), I occasionally forget to claim the crystal early on... So the time of the day, when I claim the crystal, gets delayed a bit each day, until it is late at night, eventually leading to me “losing” one crystal...

So here’s my suggestion:
Could you please put the daily crystal (uncollected and regular one) on the same timer as the alliance crystal? Players would still only be able to claim one per day, but the timer would reset at the same time of the day, allowing us to claim the daily crystal more reliably...

I fail to understand how this would help your problem? Timers are only reset once you claim the crystal. The uncollected Free crystal is a 4 hour timer, the Daily, 24 hours and the alliance crystal is 18 hrs. If you claim the alliance one, it resets that timer and if you claim the daily, lets say 2hrs after the alliance one, it will be available 2hrs laters.. It doesn't make sense in what you are asking. You still have to claim them separately regardless.
As for the daily being on the same timer as the alliance, it would allow you to do it twice a day since its only 18hrs long.

My alliance crystal timer is reset every 24 hours... Every day at the same time (10am in the morning in my time zone).

Thus, regardless of when I claim the alliance crystal, the next one will be available the next morning, at 10am (right when the help-loyalty timer is reset)

This is exactly what I would hope for with the daily crystal...

Not sure how or why yours resets automatically. I claimed a alliance crystal during my first response and I have a timer for 18 hrs.

Well, let me guess: It‘s 15 hours by now? That’s the same timer as mine...

Because in 15 hours from now, it will be 10 am in my time zone...

You can try to claim in the alliance crystal as soon as it is available, I bet the timer will start at 24 hours...

Or you could just put it in a calender so automatically get it when you sign in

@Cihag whatever you are suggesting that is perfect. I would like that too. Over 10 days I tend to lose 1 daily crystal. Which is valuable for uncollected. Alliance crystals as you rightly pointed out are a fixed timed crystal, in any 24 hours you just need to claim and the next one will be available at exact same time. Do this for daily crystals too.
