No resources for arena for 3/28/201, Also was charged $99.00 when getting the $5.00 deal for 3/27/18

Hello,

I have recently been playing since the update for the Rifts. Been playing for over a year not long but I have spent of course a lot of time
First off I love playing MCOC and have a lot of respect for all of you there at Marvel and Kabam.

There was a transaction that was suppose to be for $5 star lord loot bag and I received that. I then tried to get the $1.99 peter parker's wallet and that's where a glitch happened. I went to put in my fingerprint for verification and noticed that I was getting the $99.99, 3100 units. I didn't want to get the $99.99 and after putting my fingerprint in it authorized it... :(

I have spent now $300.00 that should have been $200.00 and that was it..
Ever since the update there has been many significant errors with adding up Battle chips after 75 4* fights I only hit in the hero use event that ends as the 22H Event in 17:42. I also never received my premium crystal shards and after 6 hours of play I had only accumulated 2 premium crystals from gathering about 8000 premium shards. I only got 2 premium crystals from it?

Something with the battle chip count is off and I don't know what to do now?

1. $99.99 should have not been charged to my account.
2. Arena count for x3 with 4* heros are not added up correctly.
3. Premium and all awards for the arena never added up for me and only had 2 premium crystals from shards from the time of 14:00 MST.

Could someone please help me out? I really don't know what is going on here?

    Could I have your email support address due to the issues there are when putting in a ticket through the game?
    This get's nothing done ever and I continue to be given a run around.
