Attack when trying to Dash back

I have been having this issue for the last 2 updates. It has cost me numerous u its, and champs in War , Alliance Quest, Event Quests, and Story Quests.
When separated during a fight and computer attacks, I try to Dash backwards. Instead it tries a light attack forward causing loss of energy, power, sometimes the fight. It makes no sense why it continues to do this. And it's frustrating spending units to recover. It happens on all quests, war, vs, and 3x3, and on no individual champs, but everyone. It's not subject to anything in particular.
I was told to send it thru this forum.
