No more 22 Hour Solo event revives?

The 3rd milestone in the 22 hour solo event usually has Level 1 Revive in it and now its not. Is this a mistake or did they take it out of the game cus of the chaos rift shards?

    Yea, I noticed this too. Between this and the crashing, this patch is driving me nuts.
