Can’t play game

Hi my game won’t play just keeps saying can’t connect I have removed game and downloaded it a few times now and just keeps saying can’t connect I’m playing on my iPad please anyone help

- Using a VPN (if so, are you able to connect without the VPN):
- Troubleshooting Steps Taken to attempt to resolve the issue/results:
Additionally, some troubleshooting steps which may help resolve this issue:
- Try turning airplane mode on and then off.
- Close out of the app, reboot device, try logging in again.
- On iOS, close the app completely, log out of Game Center, open the app again and log-in directly to your Kabam account.
- Uninstall the game, then reinstall.

iPad model number ME277B/A game version 17.2.0 connects with bt Wi-fi .was able to play game a couple of days ago then went back on to lay it and says can’t connect to network have tried all of the above thing you said with no success my I pad software up to date so don’t no what else to try
