Fps of the game

Since the last update, fighting against lower power champions the game increase Fps and runs normal but against higher power champions the game decrease Fps and turns slow the fights more lags and so on, but the more interesting thing is that the AI speed is always fast. Oh it's a issue from my device wright!!!! Wrong, come on fix this game in all aspects
