Evade not lasting full duration

At least in the war stun is not lasting full duration. Very noticeable against evaders like Spidey and nightcrawler but also happened against vision. Stun timer is still running and Spidey/night crawler evading. Vision hit me with special while stunned. No limber before you ask. It’s not even close. I stun them and timer doesn’t disappear until after I hit them with medium, light, light. Evaders evade after first medium and vision hit me with special after Stun medium ... go for heavy (ghost rider) and he hits me with special halfway through my Medium. Hitting him with the first part of my heavy and having him interrupt heavy with a special is a whole Nother issue…
