Anyway,
Sparky requires a cosmic champ (ideally for sp 1 & 2 spamming)Watch out for the evade,though!
Rocket Racoon:A power gainer or special damager is all you need here (Eg.Hyperion,Green Goblin)
Mephisto:Ideally an incinerate immune champ,But I think defensive Ability Accuracy Reduction works too (Eg.Gwenpool,Void,Iceman)
Antman:Again,high special damager boi.Hyperion,Green Goblin etc.
Venom:A champ with great damage output to get the fight over with quickly or a good Regen champ (Eg.Duped SW (high sig),Ghost rider)
Iceman:Ideally Coldsnap immune champs, (Mephisto,Sabretooth),or shruggers (Rouge,etc)
If you don't have em,Boost your health up to 10k+ and try surviving the rest of it,or bring a reagents champ with 10k+ health (Eg.Wolverine,Ghost rider,Old man logan)

No particular masteries to suggest except parry and dexterity,if you've made it in the game this far,without them.

Agree with @charaderdude2 , I used Hype for the first two, Blade or Iceman for Mephisto, Stark for AM (but could have easily been Hype as well as he was my Act V Masochist AM fix), Voodoo or SW for Venom and Stark again for Iceman. If asking about masteries for this then it may not be in your wheelhouse, just boost up.

I brought a team of 4 star r5 duped Hyperion, sparky, ice man, quake and 5 star r3 unduped Ghost rider.
Against sparky and rocket raccoon- Hyperion works fine.
Mephisto: Quake took him down easy.
Ant man: Again Hyperion did him.
Venom: GR for him
Ice man: sparky took down about 60% health. Then used quake. Quake was at full health 14k, so took cold snap damage. After coldsnap finished, no hit technique of quaking and ice melted with no power gain. (Quake cannot evade while cold snap is active, so allow the coldsnap to finish then start her heavy method)
This is also the 1st boss rush that I could finish. Felt good.
