Alliance Quest wrong score

in Bugs and Known Issues
First I want to ask if the way we perform in AQ does count on the score (I mean deaths and this kind of stuff).
In our last AQ we ended scoring less points than the week before, despite we had a prestige increase in our alliance. So I have sent a mail to Kabam support with the screenshots and they answered me saying that probably we died more, or we took more hits or we did lower combos and that's why we have scored less. Are they making fun of us or what?

Since when AQ become some sort of AW? Lol

    I want to point out that we always do Aq map 5 for all 5 days.

    Thanks, that sounds like a good answer. Did you also score less than the last week?
