Cannot access Secret Empire Forever master, Chpt 3, level 1

I've been able to play through the rest of the act, but everyone I try to enter this level, I select my heroes, but begin, but then I get a "lost connection" box. b77bwbdkh4oz.png

    Have you done the previous quests?
    You need to do them in order before skipping to the next one
