2017 2 star champs in 2 star crystal

When are they going to release all the 2017 - 2 Star Champs into the 2 star Crystal? At Christmas they offered that option to buy a crystal to try and have all released Champions as one stars at two stars. You would think now that a few months have gone by they would update the two star Crystal to make it worth going after for those that want to collect all Champs ever released. I am hoping they are going to do this soon. I would like to complete my collection of Champions. Thanks
