What's up with medusa robot killing ability?

I have a duped 4/40 medusa. I know she's god tier, but I had A 5/50 Mrs. Marvel duped that was my first character so media's is on my B-team. I feel stupid asking this but what is the robot killing ability everyone's talking About? Any advice would be useful
