Hey there OP. Sorry to see that you're having this issue when trying to submit a ticket! Please try submitting your ticket though the game. You can do this by tapping on the gear icon in the top left corner, then choosing support. If you pick a question, at the bottom of the question page you should see a link saying you need further help. From there you can submit your ticket. Thanks!
