Should I level up my 3 star iceman or wait to see if i pull a 4 star?

I'm thinking it could be worth doing for arenas & when my champs are locked in alliance wars. My current roster is as follows:

4 Star Starlord - Unduped (Rank 3 awaiting rank up)
4 Star Mangneto Marvel Now - Unduped (Rank 2 awaiting rank up)
4 Star Iron Fist - Unduped (Rank 2 awaiting rank up)
4 Star Colossus - unduped(Rank 2 awaiting rank up)
4 Star Ms. Marvel - Unduped (Rank 2 awaiting rank up)
4 Star Winter Soldier - Unduped (Rank 1 awaiting rank up)
4 Star Yellowjacket - Unduped - Rank 3 level 6

3 Stars worth mentioning are:

Spiderman Classic - Duped x 40+ Maxed out
War Machine - Duped x 40 + Maxed out
Venom - Duped x 40 + Rank 4 level 27/40
Moon Knight - Unduped rank 4 level 11
Thor Jane foster - Duped x 20+ rank 3 level 9
Gwenpool (recently pulled) - Duped x 20+ rank 2 level 6.

im only 500 shards from another 4 star hero crystal so not sure if its worth waitng it out?

any advice on who to level/rank up in the future would be great!

Gwenpool as a 3 star and as your 4 stars level up winter soldier he will get you far and level up yellow jacket for the stings and depending on your mastery set up he can hit pretty hard.

I'd say it's okay to rank up your 3* Iceman while you're waiting for higher tier and better champs. Right now you need champs that can get you through Act 3 and the early parts of Act 4.

Every 4* should eventually be ranked 3 when you get to that level in the game but right now use your resources wisely.

When you get to pulling 4*s once a week, drop ranking your 3*s to prioritize ranking and leveling your 4*s. That's the way to go.

You should also be in an alliance that does at least Map 2 or Map 3.
