Who to rank

Should i rank iceman to R5 or quake both unduped or rank 5 red hulk or spylocke both duped.

Yeah Iceman is a good choice

I would priortize Iceman, follow by Quake, follow by Red Hulk (post buff), then Psylocke.
All are great, but Iceman and Quake still stand out among them.

I really like well love them all and is hard to choose but think i will do iceman first then quake next on another date.
