Newbie Question about the ‘Stars’

I tried to find a beginners tutorial but couldn’t find it. My question is, if I have a, 1 Star Champion, and I take him through all of the leveling UP, does he then go to a, 2 Star?

Sorry if I am posting this in the wrong area. Is there a tutorial for beginners?

    No he just maxes out for tutorials search YouTube videos they have tips for begginers

    Ahh ok great, and is the 2 Star champion (at the lowest rank/level) more powerful than its 1star (maxed out) version?
