Steam version in a near future?

Hi guys.
My cellphone was broken and I want to play the game on PC, but I heard that BlueStacks or similar apps that emulates Android may cause permmanent ban, so I want to know... Is there a way? Do you guys have a project to create a version of the game for PC like Konami did with Yu-gi-oh Duel Links? I love to play this game but, if there is no way I, unfortunately , will leave the game.
