Weather effects are back in IOS...and it is causing FPS drop

Ever since 17.2, I noticed that the snow weather effects are back. Whenever a level loads with weather effects, my FPS drops from perfect to completely juddery and unplayable (can't time perry or block or do anything).
Can you please add an in-game option to enable/disable these weather effects for IOS devices? We had this problem back in patch 14 or 15 and you guys had to remove them from the game. Now that they are back in patch 17/2, I am experiencing the same issue on my Iphone 6+. Thank you!
