Summoner Event not giving the proper points for opening crystals

I recently open a 4* hero crystal and did not get 5000 points for this, wtf is going on ! This is going to ruin our chances for getting the required 265k if you short change us in this event, I expect that this will be immediately investigated and hope the rest of the community will start checking to see if others in there groups are also getting screwed, we are experiencing way to many issues in this game and the amount of time we put in have most wondering why we are wasting our time, since the new Kabam has taken hold I and many have noticed how "Tight" things have gotten, opening 25 PHC crystals used to result in a 4* and some 3* champs, now the game is so tight you may get a 3* and the rest are useless 2*, why are we grinding and wasting our time ? Fix these issues, I won't spend a cent on this game with these current issues, you need to start addressing these since the community is starting to think your game has outlived itself. P.S don't try to bribe us with some cheap crystals and potions to say we are sorry and then keep the same tight weak rewards going, the community does not have patience for this !
