Ongoing in-game chat issues

Dear Kabam,
Are you guys planning on fixing chat at any point? Cuz seriously... that s**t is just ridiculous by now:
- message posting delays (sometimes up to an hour)
- messages not displaying at all
- censorship has been all whack for almost a year
- lately the keyboard disappears and won't activate unless the game is restarted
Any more fun "features" you guys planning for the chat? Asking for a friend...
