Free masteries!

So I'm wondering why myself nor teammates can't rank up masteries for free like it says for week 2 appreciation! A few allies have been able to do dexterity and parry. It says not enough mastery points on each unlocked one.

    You need point ... And you need to unlock the masteries ...
    You can only reset/put points for free, not unlocking them

    I know the deal with masteries. Kabam email said the summoner appreciation event for week 2, included ranking up unlocked masteries for free! its not working for me at all.

    Try reset and use points, even if it tells you to spend units. It can be only a visual bug

    I've reset mine a bunch of times this week. I'd open a ticket if it ain't working.

    If u wanted them to be free u don't give them to the top 10% of solo quest ranks
